Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to hold your spot. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of service or you can opt to pay in full at the time of booking or pay cash/Venmo the day of service. In the event of a no-show the card on file will be charged 1/2 of the service fee. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours will be billed1/2 if the spot is not filled and is subject to our discretion based on the situation. Please do not come to an appointment sick.
