Healing Energy
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan. It involves the transfer of energy from the practitioner to the recipient through gentle touch or hands near the body in the aura. This practice aims to relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Many people use Reiki as a complementary therapy to support their health and healing journey.
Reiki is often used to help treat a variety of conditions, including stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also support physical healing by alleviating pain, improving sleep, and overall relaxation. Many people find Reiki beneficial for emotional healing, promoting sense of inner peace and clarity. While it not a substitute for medical treatment, Reiki can be a complementary therapy that supports overall wellness.
During a Reiki session, you can expect a calm and peaceful environment where you will be invited to lie down fully clothed on a massage table. Vicki will gently place her hands on or near your body to channel healing energy. Many people feel a sense of relaxation and may even drift off to sleep. After the session, it's common to feel rejuvenated, balanced, more in tune with your body.
Reiki can also be done virtually with great results. Energy goes where it is inteneded with the use of sacred Reiki symbols.
