My Story

For the last several years, I  came  into contact with 3 wild animals that needed assistance. A red tail hawk hit by a car, baby racoon who lost his entire family in the road,  all hit by cars and just this baby left alone screaming,  a fawn (shown to the left) who had a terrible leg injury and came to me for help. It's not by chance these animals appeared on my path. It was a call from Spirit. I felt so helpless not knowing how to get them the help they deserved.  I had to rely on others and that wasn't the most helpful for it led to  the end of  all their lives. I was able to give each one love and compassion  before Creator welcomed them to the spirit world. This was a huge message from spirit for me to pursue how I could have the ability to help our wildlife. Fast forward a few more years and a local rehabber, Bruisers Buddies, appeared on my Facebook page. She was offering a Zoom call on becoming a licesnsed rehabber. I listened in,  took the exam and passed this March. I now have the power, the ability to help and not feel helpless.

I am called to be in service to all my relations- the 2 legged, the 4 legged, the finned , the furred, the winged, the swimmers, the creepy crawlers.  We are all one and we are all related. How we treat our relations is important for us and our next 7 generations. What we do to one, we do to ourselves. I call on you to be mindful of this in all  your interactions.

How this all looks  for me going forward is up to spirit. I am a bit  afraid and  nervous,  but I  know that by saying YES to this calling, I will be supported as I always am,  just as we all are.
